Reference organizes and controls the multiple training supportive services through a comprehensive strategic plan steps:

  1. Trainees and trainers' reception and accompaniment from airport to hotel by our coordination team, maintain a direct contact with them to ensure their needs and requirements are being met until the end of the training course.
  2. Provide a mobile Sims No. for better communication.
  3. Assure participant's hotels check in, informing them of course objectives, requirements.
  4. Provide participants with timeline schedule, training plan, contact information of trainers and coordinators, training halls which are selected according to a particular international levels for training and educational purposes
  5. Training session opening on the first day, provide a detailed introduction of company, plan and objectives of training course, more country info, trips, available services, beside an evaluation of hotel or place of residence.
  6. Provide coffee break, and lunch break.
  7. Explain the multiple teaching methods, approaches and techniques that will be implemented through all days of training sessions.
  8. Accompanying participants through tourist trips (upon contracting).
  9. Initial evaluation on the second day to assess the training program, trainer, and venue, training hall, logistic services, lunch& coffee break.
  10. On the last day, final assessments will be accomplished concerning all training aspects and services provided to participants that will be collected in full and detailed reports for the purposes of verification of training services, level of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement of the training quality, and ensure the welfare of our customers.
  11. Certificates honoring to participants at the end of the training session.
